Koinon collects the information you provide when creating an account: your email address, display name, and username. If you choose to share prayers, encouragements, or other content, that content is stored on our servers.
Your information is used solely to provide the Koinon service — to show your prayers to the people you choose to share them with, and to maintain your account. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
You control who sees your prayers through visibility settings: Private (only you), Group/Church (only members of groups you select), or Public (anyone on Koinon). Anonymous posting is available — your identity is never revealed to other users when posting anonymously, though it is retained on our servers for moderation purposes.
Koinon stores your data on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at privacy@koinonhq.com.
If you grant notification permissions, we store your device push token to send notifications about activity on your prayers. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
Koinon is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
